On a periodic basis over the last year-plus, I have been writing the NH "Supreme Court At a Glance" section for the NH Bar Association Bar News publication. It has been fun tracking our Supreme Court's decisions. The Court was particularly busy in April, handing down eight(!) opinions ranging from administrative law to criminal procedure to the NH Right-to-Know Law.
