For over 33 years Eric has helped friends, neighbors, and their referrals buy and sell homes in the San Diego area. His expertise and experience have placed him at the top of his profession.

His achievements have included the following - Windermere Homes & Estates, as well as Coldwell Banker rankings: #1 agent in San Diego North County Inland area, top 100 Southern California agents, top 1% of agents nationwide, and International Presidents Premier Team since 1998.

His commitment is to represent the client’s best interest, securing top dollar for sellers and aggressively negotiating the right home purchase for buyers. He prides himself on strong marketing and cutting edge technology.

Because he grew up in the community, Eric is an expert in the area he serves. He specializes in the I-15 corridor and the entire Poway Union School District, but also knows all of San Diego County, where he has helped hundreds of clients.

Eric is past president of Poway Real Estate Professionals marketing and networking group, and continues to be an active board member.
