This week, we were grateful to be able to gather for a day of learning and growing as a team. We spent the morning with Dr. Isaiah Pickens and iOpening Enterprises kicking off 6 months of training that will guide our efforts to build an equitable, inclusive, and wellness-focused workplace that supports our team, our mission, and our greater community. In the afternoon, we worked with Ambrose Consulting and Tepeyac Consulting who are helping us develop a strategic framework for contributing to health equity in WNC. It was an inspiring and productive day!

We are still fired up about the incredible keynote speech that Thecia Jenkins shared with our HSO Learning Summit participants! She reminded us all why we do this work and how we can keep loving it by staying close to our "why" and committing to ongoing self-care. Thank you, Thecia, for empowering our participants to be BOLD!
