The glass line acculite machine struggled to cut glass due to machine issues. This caused the glass line to stop and restart many times throughout the day. Glenda without being asked, knew she could be helpful at glazing every time the glass line was interrupted. Glenda helped set glass on sashes and frames, and jumped in to do whatever was needed to keep production flowing. Her great attitude and work ethic helped keep the Creek flowing during this difficult production day. Despite having a scheduling conflict, Dawn made the meeting a priority so she could move the employee headshot project forward in a big way. Not only did she take individual photos for all the in-person meeting attendees, she also coordinated team photos and additional photos in the showroom for all the TC channels to make the most of the opportunity. All photos were edited and saved the very next day. Dawn’s efforts, dedication, work ethic, and desire to effectively and successfully collaborate with her partners is a beautiful thing to witness and it speaks incredibly highly of the value she brings to Thompson Creek. He took the time out of his evening to re-create the bath I was trying to build so that I could get some pricing, so that I could write the contract, so that I could make the sale. He built the bath, created the bios number so that I could put that into TCP and get numbers and a contract together. …. all of this while I’m making small talk with the customer so that I don’t lose them in this process.
