Notice of Pre-Hearing Conference

A pre-hearing conference for Maryland Public Service Commission Case Number 9738, regarding SMECO’s application to revise its rates, will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 1 p.m. The hearing will be held virtually and streamed live for viewing only via the Public Utility Law Judge’s YouTube Channel at https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. The purpose of the conference is to set a procedural schedule and discuss petitions for intervention, as well as any other preliminary matters. To participate in the pre-hearing conference, please send an email to psc.pulj@gmail.com by 12:00 Noon on June 12, 2024. Any person seeking to intervene as a party in this proceeding should file a petition to intervene with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, referencing Case No. 9738, on or before June 13, 2024.
