Au cours des mois précédant l'événement, notre équipe a préparé le site afin d'assurer une expérience sans faille pour les écuries et les auditeurs. The Formula 1 AWS Grand Prix du Canada 2024 starts today, thrilling race fans in Montreal and around the world. In the months leading up to the event, our own “pit crew” readied the site to ensure a seamless experience for teams and fans. Thanks to the Bell network team, the best network at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve is the best in F1, with the permanent installation of 5 km of Fibre, 180 Wi-Fi antennas, 4K and 180HD links bringing the fastest internet and Wi-Fi to team garages, the control tower and hundreds of crystal clear viewing screens on site. #TeamBell #CanadasFastest

En collaboration avec notre partenaire spécialisé en #IdO, Caliber Communications, nous avons déployé des caméras VPIZ à la fine pointe de la technologie, diffusant le trafic en temps réel de manière sécurisée sur le réseau de Bell vers l'infrastructure infonuagique de Toronto. Cette initiative conjointe avec les principales sociétés de télécommunications du pays permettra aux contrôleurs de la circulation de la ville de prendre des décisions éclairées, d'optimiser la circulation et d'améliorer les déplacements. We’re proud to announce our collaboration with the City of Toronto in a groundbreaking initiative to improve traffic flow in the city. Teaming up with our #IoT partner, Caliber Communications, we’ve deployed state-of-the-art Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras, streaming real-time traffic securely over Bell’s network to Toronto’s cloud infrastructure. This joint initiative with Canada's major telcos will empower the city's traffic controllers to make informed decisions, optimize traffic flow and improve the daily commute for those who live and work in Toronto. We’re excited to see the positive impact of this project to save time in lives of thousands. #BellForBetter
