Derek Crouthers, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. He also completed an internship and family residency at the same location, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Crouthers is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He enjoys helping his patients live a full and active life and has a particular interest in caring for high-level athletes. Dr. Crouthers is a competitive powerlifter.
