COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS LAND COURT DEPARTMENT OF THE TRIAL COURT COMPLAINT TO FORECLOSE TAX LIEN seal No. 20 TL 0000199 TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to Gary Weiner, also known as Gary A. Weiner, deceased, formerly of Longmeadow, Hampden County, and said Commonwealth; Joshua Weiner, now or formerly of Miami in the State of Florida; Melyssa Weiner, now or formerly of Dalton, Berkshire County, and said Commonwealth; Karley Weiner, now or formerly of Glen Burnie in the State of Maryland; Jacob Weiner, now or formerly of Wilbraham, Hampden County, and said Commonwealth; Halina Sullivan and James Sullivan, both now or formerly of Longmeadow, Hampden County, and said Commonwealth; Town of Becket (Paul Green, Building Inspector); or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns: Whereas, a complaint has been presented by the Town of Becket, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the Town of Becket, in the County of Berkshire and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows: Assessor Map: 206 Lot 10 Property location: 8 Lovers Lane Recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book: 4924 Page 321 containing approx.. .5 of an acre If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the Fifth-tenth day of July in the year two thousand and twenty-four. Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in Berkshire Eagle a newspaper published in said Pittsfield.
