Meet the Doctor

In August 2001, she moved the practice to a new, upgraded facility. The staff is caring and educated, and we regularly attend courses to continue our education. We work hard to make your visit as pleasant and pain-free as possible. All of our staff have been here for over 10 years!

Dr. Knotek is a sponsor for many community events, such as the 4-H fair auction every year, Relay for Life, and numerous local sporting events. She has also been doing mission trips and has been to Haiti over 18 years. Dr. Knotek won Rookie Kiwanian of the Year for 1991-92, the 2000 Chamber of Commerce Award, 2016 Business Woman of the Year as voted on by the Chamber of Commerce, and was a 2016 Indianapolis Monthly Top 20 Dentist.

Meet Kayla

She graduated in 2005 from Greenfield Central High School and Walker Career Center for dental assisting. She enjoys dental assisting because she likes making others feel good about their smile. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with family especially her fiancé and adorable nephews!! She loves to travel, stay active, go to the gym and fishing with her fiancé. She has 2 adorable dogs Lexi and Jr.

Meet Kathleen

We want to welcome Kathleen to our dental team. She joins us in the business office with 2 years’ experience in the dental field. She comes to us with financial and business background. She is recently married and spends her free time with her husband, dogs, cat, and horses. Kathleen has her Associates degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She resides near Pendleton, Indiana. She looks forward to meeting all our wonderful patients.

Meet Monica

Monica joined us with over 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist.  She is married with 4 kids.  Monica enjoys spending time with family and her dog, Hank!  She loves to bake in her spare time and spoil her coworkers with good treats.  Monica’s attention to your dental health and wellness will be her top priority!

Meet Carrie

Carrie has been with Dr Knotek a total of 13 years. She graduated Walker Career Dental Assisting in 1998. She lives in Greenfield with her 2 children and chiweenie Charlotte. She spends her time out of work serving others, volunteering and raising her children. Carrie is always ready to help our patients with her knowledge of insurance and personal care.

Meet Sabrina

Sabrina has been working with Dr Knotek for 16 years. She loves helping people feel more at ease when receiving dental treatment. She graduated from Greenfield Central in 2002. Sabrina went to Professional Careers Institute for her dental assistant training. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs.

Meet Kris

Kris has been a dental hygienist for 23 years. She has been with this office for over 16 years of that time. She loves to be engaged with her patients and helping with all their dental needs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite sports are basketball and football that her twin boys spend their time participating in.
