My Approach to Wellness

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice of consciously breathing to regulate the nervous system and promote relaxation, leading to reduced stress,anxiety, and improved overall well-being

Eating holistically involves nourishing the body, mind, and spirit by consuming whole, natural foods and considering the interconnectedness of food, health, and the environment.

Self-love practice for healing involves cultivating a compassionate and accepting relationship with oneself, prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries, and letting go of negative self-talk and self-judgment.


Welcome to my website! I am Kimberly, a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Holistic Health Coach.

I am passionate about health and wellness on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. I have always been drawn to alternative healing modalities and firmly believe that our bodies, minds, and souls know how to heal.

In 2012, I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Life had other plans for me, but I continued to use all the knowledge I gained in my own life. The kitchen (along with my meditation chair) became my happy place. Creating delicious meals made with natural ingredients for family and friends is one of my greatest joys.

I was introduced to breathwork while moving through the grief of losing my beautiful daughter in June 2020. Breathwork became one of the most powerful practices I had done yet to ease the pain in my heart. While I know the sadness and pain of losing a child will never leave me, I now have room to hold it with love and gratitude. They say - the amount to which we grieve is the same amount to which we love. I love my daughter with everything I am and know she is always with me with every breath I take.

After going through some of life’s most significant challenges, I left my corporate job of 18 years to serve others to live happier and healthier.

I am dedicated to holding a safe space for others to process and release unexpressed emotions, facilitating the healing process through guided breathwork, sharing nourishing recipes, and self-love practices to help restore the parts of us that have been hurt or forgotten.
