The Severn Companies (TSC) is a real estate management and development firm comprised of Severn Management Company, LLC (SMC) and Severn Development Company, LLC (SDC).

Severn Management Company, LLC provides full-service property management services in the Mid-Atlantic. For 40 years Severn Management has professionally managed affordable and market rate properties for a multitude of clients. As a certified management agent, our mission is to provide reasonably priced, high quality property management services. Our professional staff includes Certified Occupancy Specialists, Certified Property Managers, STAR Rural Development Specialists, and Housing Credit Certified Professionals who are well educated in the Federal and State regulations of HUD, USDA Rural Development and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.

Severn Development Company, LLC, assists their clients from concept through completion in a diverse range of developments, from small rehabilitation projects to large mixed-use developments. SDC brings expertise to partners through its knowledge and experience in developing multifamily communities using Low Income Housing Tax Credits as well as HUD, USDA and other programs. Established in 2002, SDC boasts a 20-year track record of success in developing projects in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.
