I am offering this service in order to meet the growing need for patients to have convenient access, easy availability, and a simple alternative for obtaining health care. Many medical problems and issues can be evaluated and resolved without the obstacles, delays and inconveniences involved in making an office/clinic appointment with your doctor or healthcare provider.

Pricing Information
After you contact me, I will offer you a range of services at the following prices:
Prescriptions only (new or refills): $45
Medical consults (text-based): $60
Medical consults (video or phone): $75
Specialist advice: $100
Once we agree on a telemedicine service, I will send you an invoice to be paid on-line with a credit card, PayPal, or FSA and HSA debit cards. Once the payment transaction has been completed, then we can complete your services.
Disclaimers
- If you have an emergency, or a serious or urgent problem that requires immediate attention, then either call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center.
- This Telemedicine practice is primarily for adults ages 18 years or older – only for residents of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Florida.
- No controlled prescription pain or sleep meds, tranquilizers, sedatives or anxiety meds are ordered through this Telemedicine service.
- I recommend that every patient be registered with a primary care physician for routine health care and monitoring, regular checkups, vaccines, as well as cancer or health screening.
