This is the second year that I've contacted Arctic Air for my yearly A/C maintenance. The phone operator is always friendly and pleasant. This year Christopher conducted my maintenance and I was extremely pleased with his work. Christopher was very friendly, courteous, clean and respectful while working in my home. Today we got our ac serviced today Christopher Lopez he was here for about two hours and he did a great job! When he was in our home he make sure that everything was cleaned before he went outside. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing at all times. We will definitely use Arctic Air again when we the need any work done because of Christopher. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays so it was wonderful having such amazing worker like Chris!
