City of Barnum

The City Office is open normal operating hours.  Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  

Utility Billing Payments:  If you prefer not to come into the office these payment options are available.  

Payments for Utility Bills will be accepted in the form of:

• On-line Payments via our website.  
• Mailed to 3741 Front Street, Barnum, MN.  55707
• Over the phone credit/debit card payments. 
• Check Payments submitted in an envelope and dropped in the outside drop box by the front entrance of the building.
