The Gem

Hi! We’re the Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective. Our friends call us RMWC. We're a collective of Banff and Canmore wedding services that work to bring local knowledge and expertise to couples planning their wedding or elopement in the Canadian Rockies. We plan and design personal, memorable events throughout Alberta but have recently built two of our own venue spaces opening up this Summer- Mainspace, and The Gem. From planning the perfect event to building that beautiful bouquet to capturing candid smiles from across the room, our team of wedding and events experts has our clients covered.

Mainspace:

Featured prominently within Canmore’s upscale Solara Resort, Mainspace is THE space to bring creative event visions to life. Everybody wants to find the one venue that’s perfect for their specific event - but what if there was one venue out there that was perfect for nearly every event? That's exactly what we’ve built with Mainspace. Beyond its ability to accommodate any creative event vision, Mainspace can comfortably host up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing.

The Gem:

Mid-Century charm meets modern elegance at the Gem - Banff and Canmore’s newest high-capacity event space located just a stone’s throw from each in the charming mountain hamlet of Harvie Heights. From the moment you set foot inside the Gem, you'll be transfixed by the timeless aesthetic and refined luxury that surrounds you. Playing host to spacious interiors, abundant natural light, and a beautiful outdoor patio, the Gem Event Centre will set the new standard for event spaces in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Seating up to 160 guests, The Gem is one of the largest capacity event spaces around.
