Stir Cast and Creatives Announcement

The Old Globe is pleased to announce the full cast and creative team for Stir by Melinda Lopez and Joel Perez. The Globe-commissioned world premiere play is directed by Marcela Lorca. Stir plays in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe’s Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, from May 4 through May 26, 2024, with the official opening night on Thursday, May 9. Tickets are now on sale.

Classical Directing Fellowship 2024

The Old Globe announced today the four-member cohort for the 2024 Classical Directing Fellowship, a program of the Karen and Stuart Tanz Fellowships at The Old Globe, led by the Globe’s Erna Finci Viterbi Artistic Director Barry Edelstein, a leading Shakespearean teacher, author, podcast host, and director.
