The house we were attempting to sell was located in Jaffrey, NH. Selling your home is always stressful but living 1400 miles from the location is beyond stressful. The house had been rented for 3 years prior to making the decision to list. Marc understood our desire to sell quickly and advised us on local market and comps that had sold. We agreed on a listing price and the house sold 4 days after listing by one of Marc’s agents. After 3 years of renters the inspection list was extensive and required several trades to complete the work. Marc suggested vendors he had dealt with in the past and coordinated the schedules to meet the closing date. Someone from Tieger or Marc himself supervised all the work and final inspection and all the trades work was completed on time and the final inspection went perfectly.
