“Nobody has really fought for us like these kind, hardworking people have done for us. [Through] the Energy Efficiency Program, someone came and changed all the light bulbs in my entire house to energy efficient light bulbs, saving us money on our electric bill. They also insulated all of my piping in my basement and insulated places in my house that had those cold breezes coming through so my heat would stay in the house. On top of that they replaced my older refrigerator for a brand new one, at no cost at all! I cannot thank the people of this program and give them enough gratitude for everything they have done for my family.”
