Today, I’m proud to share the 2023 Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Year in Review Report for Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC). As our second annual edition, this report represents many things. It’s a reflection of our efforts at CTC to learn, evolve and lead in the #DIB space. It’s a testament to our efforts to fulfill our Core Value that “Inclusion is a Must”. It’s an accountability tool to remain transparent and authentic in our commitment to infuse DIB in everything we do. While we take this moment to celebrate the steps we’ve taken to champion DIB initiatives, we recognize that there is always room to continue to listen and grow as an organization.
