Our situation was complicated for various reasons, and Art wisely advised addressing the bigger problem of dust before remediating the relatively small problem of mold. He also advised us to have air scrubbers running during the cleaning. But cleaning companies don’t use scrubbers, and it would have been prohibitively expensive and logistically difficult to rent one. I hit a wall, whereupon Art offered to lend us one of his scrubbers, and delivered it personally and left it here for nearly four days. I had major mold problem in my basement. I called Premium Maintenance Service and they got the job done. Professional, always in time and great communication. After the job was done I hired a third party mold test company to make sure there was no more mold. NONE. Great job
