As a Licensed Realtor since 2002, I have enjoyed working with Buyers and Sellers in Florida, New York and Internationally.  Much of my work has been in South Florida, working in the luxury market with property listings of $1,000,000 and higher.  However, my sales have ranged in price from $189,000 to $3,000,000.

Now a full time resident of The Village of Caroline, I am concentrating my efforts on properties located in The Villages, Florida.  As a rule, my listings are marketed through multiple weekly open houses, print mailers, newspaper advertising, extensive internet advertising, direct networking with Realtors and listing in the Realtor Association's MLS. 

I  also have great success working with Buyers and enjoy helping them find  the  property that best meets their needs.
