We’ve renewed our commitment to San Francisco State University's College of Science and Engineering with a $14M grant to equip students with the financial and academic resources they need to succeed. This funding will support hundreds of students, predominantly from underrepresented communities, over the next five years as they transition into PhD programs and embark on careers in STEM. See how we’re supporting students in our own backyard and helping build a future scientific and medical workforce that represents the diversity of the people it serves: http://spr.ly/6045dzmTF

We're addressing unmet needs in stroke care and raising awareness of the BE FAST signs and symptoms. BE FAST is an acronym to help recognize the most common signs of stroke like Balance, Eyes, Face, Arm, Speech, and Time. Stroke continues to be a leading cause of serious long-term disability in the U.S., impacting patients, their families, and the community. Hear from Zöe Harris Lazarre, PhD, MPH, our Vice President and Lifecycle Lead, about our dedication to stroke care, and learn more from patients who have experienced stroke. http://spr.ly/6040d15a4 #StrokeAwarenessMonth

Women bear a disproportionate burden when it comes to multiple sclerosis (MS), being three times more likely to be affected than men. At our company, we recognize this disparity and are committed to driving change. That's why we're partnering with patients, advocates, and the scientific community to improve our understanding of MS as well as other diseases that uniquely impact women. We continue to champion the health and well-being of women everywhere and are working to ensure that every woman has the resources and support they need to thrive. #WomensHealthMonth http://spr.ly/6048d1iWK

In a recent study in Nature Communications, our researcher Luis Schachner and colleagues developed a novel method called data-independent proton transfer charge reduction (DIA-PTCR), which accurately characterizes the intact molecular weights of biotherapeutic protein preparations in a single mass spectrometry experiment. By assessing the reproducibility, efficacy, and accuracy in measuring proteoform-level diversity across various biotherapeutic molecules and multiple post-translational modifications, they present a robust method with implications for understanding the structure, composition, and quality of complex biotherapeutics during and after manufacturing processes. As a proud member of the San Mateo County business community, we recognize that quality child care is critical to the economic health of our county, businesses, and our families. And we are committed to collaborating across the county to create tangible solutions that increase access. We recently welcomed a group of leaders to our South San Francisco campus to discuss the importance of childcare in the county. The discussions highlighted the urgent need for action and collaboration and served as a reminder that creating accessible childcare requires a collective effort. By joining forces and leveraging our shared resources, we can design a future where every child has access to quality care. Learn more here: http://spr.ly/6041jl6QZ
