The Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors play a critical role in shaping the strategies and vision of the Chamber, as well as ensuring its successful financial growth and management.

Chamber Board members are expected to attend at least 50% of board meetings (the Chamber meets monthly at 8AM on the fourth Friday of the month), to actively serve on a Board committee; and to represent the Chamber in a professional manner.

The Chamber is accepting nominations for ONE board member to fill a three year position ending in 2027.

Nominees will be placed on a ballot and elected by a vote of the Chamber membership to take place between Thursday, May 2nd, through Saturday, May 11th, 2024

Nominees must represent an active Chamber member in good standing as of March 1, 2024. We will confirm that each candidate accepts their nomination before including them on the final ballot.
To nominate a candidate you must represent an active Chamber member in good standing as of March 1, 2024.
You are welcome to nominate yourself.
Nominations will be accepted until Wednesday, May 1st, at 5:00pm.
