Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation

Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation (ABCRC) oversees the collection and recycling of more than 150,000 different types of regulated, non-refillable beverage containers sold in Alberta. Used beverage containers are transported from more than 220 independently-owned depots located throughout Alberta, then sorted and processed at ABCRC facilities.

ABCRC strives to continuously improve the return rates on all beverage containers while promoting the environmental, economic and social benefits of recycling.
