Establishing trust with the public happens over a period of time. Successful real estate transactions happen when working with an experienced Realtor who continues to broaden their knowledge of real estate. I have been a full-time Realtor® for 21 years and I continue to expand my knowledge of real estate through continuing education. Professional development leads to continued success, and I have received many additional designations through continuing education, namely my GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor® Institute) and SRES designation (Seniors 50+ Real Estate Specialist). I specialize in services including military transferees and Navy Federal Programs. My training and daily experience with relocating families provide me with a greater understanding of the service that a client needs when they come to a new market.

I am personable and interact easily with all generations and enjoy helping people. I have found that being a Realtor with CENTURY 21 New Millennium for 21 years has provided me the opportunity to help buyers in attaining the American Dream of “homeownership” and sellers accomplish their goals toward a new chapter in their life. Holding the SRES® designation provides me with the knowledge to help guide 50+ home buyers and sellers through a professionally sound, successful real estate transaction. I am a professional with extremely high ethics and through continuing education, I stay current with the Maryland real estate laws, the fundamentals of real estate technology, trends, internet-based marketing, and contact management systems.

I am a former board member of the Solomon’s Business Association, an active member and a prior Membership Chairperson and board member of the Solomon’s Island Yacht Club and an active member of the Newcomers and Neighbors Club of Southern Maryland.
