Crews hit the streets at 7:30 a.m. today (May 14) to complete street sweeping along the green routes indicated on the attached maps. The red routes shown on the maps have been completed and the 'no parking' signs have been removed.

Crews hit the streets today (Monday May 13) at 7:30 a.m. to complete street sweeping along the green routes indicated on the attached maps. The red routes indicated on the maps have been completed and no parking signs have been removed.

TAX NOTICES & PENALTIES
The 2024 Tax Notices were mailed out on May 9, 2024. Property Taxes are due June 30, 2024 — after which a 15% penalty will be applied to any unpaid current year account balances as of July 1, 2024.

We understand the smoke in our area this morning is concerning. The smoke is being blown into our area from wildfires burning in northeastern BC.

🗑️ SPRING FREE TIPPING DAYS 🗑️
This spring the Town of Drayton Valley is once again offering Free Tipping Days! The Aspen Waste Management Facility will be open for Town residents to bring up to 500 kg of household waste to the landfill free of charge today (Saturday, May 11) from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
❗Please note that households may only cross the scales ONCE over the two available weekends; you cannot go on both weekends.
