🫶Volunteers help to support our community and more specifically, enrich the lives of the residents at Simcoe Heritage.🫶 We introduce to you Claire Avey, a dedicated 7-year-old who volunteers her time, visiting monthly with her cherished dogs Charlie and Chester, providing pet therapy to our residents. Not only is she a marvelous volunteer, but she is also an extraordinary entrepreneur who started her own pet sitting business in 2022. C. Avey Pet Sitting has taken off and this summer the business is expanding further. To recognize Claire’s commitment to volunteering and show our gratitude, Simcoe Heritage is paying it forward and donating to the Simcoe and District Humane Society. Thank you, Claire! No matter how old we get there are just some questions out there that we just can't find the answers to! Here is a list of some of those questions. Perhaps with a collective effort, we can figure out some answers. 🤔 ❓Who let the dogs out? ❓Where's the Beef? ❓How DO you get to Sesame Street?❓Why doesn't Dora just use Google Maps? ❓Why do all the flavours of Froot Loops taste the same? ❓How many licks does it take to get to the centre of a tootsie roll pop? ❓Why are eggs packed in flimsy cartons and batteries secured in a plastic forcefield?❓Why is abbreviated such a long word?❓Why is there a D in the Fridge but no D in the refrigerator? ❓Why do you have to put your two cents in but only have to pay a penny for your thoughts? and finally ❓What would you do for a Klondike bar? NEVER take life too seriously, and take every chance you can get to smile and enjoy a good laugh! Shout out to our fabulous resident Tom for sharing this wonderful article with us - Source: Curious Guide ... See MoreSee Less
