We love being able to support our employees and the causes close to their hearts. One such cause is the Zachary Wallace Fund. ❤ This incredible nonprofit provides much-needed support to children with rare diseases and other special needs. The organization was founded by Don and Natalie Wallace to honor their son Zach, who tragically passed away from a rare blood disease. This year we were happy to contribute with the donation of a new grill plus propane for their fundraising raffle during the organization's annual Beef & Beer event. Solar Eclipse Driving Safety 😎 🕶 Today, Monday, April 8, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET there will be a solar eclipse happening throughout parts of the United States. This can pose some safety issues while driving or operating equipment.   You should never look directly at a solar eclipse without eye wear rated and certified for it. The standard is ISO 12312-2. If you are viewing the eclipse, make sure your eye wear is certified and purchased from reputable sources. The eye damage that can be caused by using improper eye wear or not using eye protection can be irreparable. You can learn more on NASA's website:   When driving, please use caution in areas where the eclipse might be in your field of view. Assume all motorists are distracted and drive accordingly with extreme caution. Here are some tips:  ·        Be prepared and plan ahead if driving. ·        Use headlights. ·        Use your visors to screen any view of the eclipse.  ·        Watch for other distracted motorists. ·        Watch for vehicles parked on shoulders of the roadways. ·        Solar eclipse glasses are nearly opaque and should never be worn while driving.
