About us
At C-TEC we help our students make successful transitions, regardless of their stage in life. Our mission is clear: ”provide all learners with academic and technical skills needed for career opportunities and continuous learning.” The majority of tomorrow’s jobs will require people to have technical training. The technical curriculum at C-TEC's High School and Adult Education Center prepares students to enter the workforce and/or a two or four-year college degree programs. In addition to our High School and Adult Education Center, C-TEC offers Customized Training to local employers to assure that their employees have the technical skills necessary to succeed. Customized Training is available around the clock on and off-site.

The DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the culmination of the DECA year. More than 23,000 high school students, teacher-advisors, business professionals and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement. DECA members demonstrate their college and career ready knowledge and skills by participating in DECA’s industry-validated Competitive Events Program, aligned with Career Clusters, National Curriculum Standards and 21st Century Skills in the areas of marketing, finance, hospitality, management and entrepreneurship. These members qualified to attend based on superior performance at the district and association levels. The following C-TEC Satellite Business students (from Granville) qualified to compete at ICDC in Anaheim California: Zoe Richeimer-Lee, Megan Cummiskey, Spencer Beckett, Alex Start, Ellie Alexander, Sophia Crestale, Emma Reding, Dylan Pruden, Jackson Rutter, Ainsley Laidlaw-Smith, Lilly Barton. They had a great time!
