Ring up your phone memories with this week’s Telephone Friday photo featuring the 1907 “1317” telephone. Gone were the two and three box sets of the 1890s and in their place was a sturdy and efficient one box. Stay tuned each week for a look back at different telephone models throughout history, some hopefully stirring up sentimental memories for you. Join us this summer as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of the invention of the telephone with a weekend of FREE events from Friday, July 26 to Sunday July 28.
