About us

Country Club Rehabilitation Campuses have enhanced the lives of seniors and their families through superior personal care and progressive living concepts since 1974. It has always been our focus to ensure both the current and future needs of our residents are met. For this reason, our campuses offer the complete continuum of care under one roof. If the level of care ever changes after our residents move in, we provide an easy and worry-free transition so that they never have to stress about moving again. Peace of mind also comes from knowing that immediate medical attention is just seconds away, and personal assistance from our caring nursing staff is always available.

  • Yesterday, our Delaware residents crafted passports as part of our ongoing travelog activity series. Each week, they will embark on a virtual journey by watching videos on YouTube about diverse destinations worldwide. After each virtual trip, they will commemorate their "visit" by stamping their passports with the location's name and engaging in discussions about what captivated them about the place. This novel activity was met with great enthusiasm, as everyone relished the opportunity to personalize their passports with their own photos and eagerly anticipate the next destination they will explore virtually.
