Enbridge has chosen contractors for construction of the Great Lakes Tunnel. Enbridge has retained a joint venture partnership between Barnard Construction Company, Inc. and Civil and Building North America, Inc., two industry-leading tunneling companies, to lead construction of the Great Lakes Tunnel in the Straits of Mackinac. We are preparing to begin construction as soon as possible following the receipt of environmental permits for the tunnel project from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The company now known as Enbridge was officially incorporated on April 30, 1949. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana is an organization that provides hope and guidance to children and young people who are facing adversity. Their mission is to transform lives through mentorship. BBBS pairs volunteers or "Bigs" with children and adolescents, also known as "Littles," in carefully matched one-to-one relationships. Fueling Futures is Enbridge’s corporate volunteering and giving program that empowers employees to volunteer and participate in community programs and initiatives they are passionate about. Carlos Borjas, Specialist, Integrated Management System chooses to follow his interest for ESG by chairing the Enbridge Green Teams Community of Practice. He leads a group of employees who all share a passion for sustainability as they advance community and corporate green initiatives, raise awareness on the importance of sustainability and advocate for employee engagement. #NVW2024

As we celebrate #EarthDay today, Tara Neff with The Nature Foundation of Will County shares her experience and the importance of planting native plants in your own backyard to boost the presence of birds, bees and butterflies. The Nature Foundation of Will County is a non-profit that brings people and nature together, educating them on plants, conservation and the environment.
