NFBA Building of the Year winner for the Institutional Buildings category. 🤩 Custom-designed for the City of Tiffin Public Works Department, post-frame construction allowed flexibility to meet the variety of needs for the department. This building includes 8 overhead doors, a mezzanine, indoor crane system, wash bay and an office. Another one of our NFBA 2023 Building of the Year winners - Ivory Meadows Event Center by Hux Construction 👏 This monochromatic 8600 sq. ft. Wedding Venue in our Uni-Rib Snow White includes a 1400 sq. ft. climate controlled outdoor space with electronic sun shades. The open interior is highlighted with large windows on both gable ends and showcases the scissor trusses and chandeliers. There is also separate bride and groom suites with kitchens, bar area and restrooms.
