Meet Robyn Zentgraf – Branch Manager at our Eau Claire Southwest location. Robyn started as a Member Account Representative at Eau Claire Downtown, working her way through Member Account Representative positions over the course of three years. Robyn was first drawn to Royal due to our strong culture. She saw how important our core values were to us, and how they guide the company. The core values at Royal are reiterated daily in meetings, communications, and conversation. This made Royal feel like a space she could settle into and set it apart from her past positions. A core value that resonates with Robyn is to Be Friendly, Nice, and Respectful. With every Member that walks into a branch, she knows there is a possibility they are having a tough day, so she tries to brighten it up as much as she can! Prior to Royal, Robyn had substantial general management experience – which sparked her passion to be a leader. As a MAR, she worked hard to find new opportunities to get more involved at Royal. She would take part in new projects, volunteer in the community, and help other branches when needed. She was seen as an informal leader in her branch and was someone new hires looked to for help. As a Branch Manager, Robyn still helps her team members when she is needed. Leading a team at a smaller branch lets her step up when her team members need time off. She will fill in on a teller line for the day when needed, or work with Members when MARs are occupied. Robyn encourages those looking to move into a leadership role to put themselves out there and challenge themselves daily. Thank you for all you do, Robyn!

About us
Royal Credit Union was made up of just 100 Members when we were organized in April 1964 to serve the employees of Uniroyal and their families. In November of 1972, Royal was granted permission to add other employee groups to its membership and over the next two years we did just that, bringing 27 new groups into the family. That popularity told us we were ready for a community charter. With more than 300,000 Members today, on the surface we don't really look like we did when we just occupied a small office in a tire plant. But there are many, many things that have remained true from day one. They are highlighted in our Core Values, which you will find on this page and posted in each of our offices. More importantly, you will find these Core Values instilled in each of our team members, who make sure to listen to your story and help you in any way they can. Federally insured by NCUA.
