Oh, what a night! We had a blast celebrating front-line hospitality workers at the #HowdyAwards, including our very own Welcome Center supervisor Henry Lockett and staff member Ann Norman-Harpin. It was great to connect with businesses and organizations across Western Mass at such a wonderful event hosted by the Greater Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau and MassMutual Center. Congratulations to all the finalists and nominees! #HowdyAwards2024 #Hospitality #WesternMass #SpringfieldMuseums
