May 12th - 18th is National Skilled Nursing Care Center Week! We are grateful for the opportunity to provide hospice care to the residents of our skilled nursing facilities. Thank you for all you do!

Meet Ashlynn! As one of our Community Outreach Specialists, you will see her throughout the communities we serve. She works closely with our healthcare partners to collaborate on patient care and provides educational presentations to individuals in the community who would like to learn more about hospice care. We truly appreciate Ashlynn's knowledge and passion to share with others why EverHeart Hospice has been the local provider for 43 years ❤️

May 6th - 12th is National Nurses Week! Thank you to all the nurses in the community for their care and dedication to helping others. Help us recognize our nurses by sharing a story of how they made an impact for your in your life!

We ❤️ our volunteers!! Friday we hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast to honor and thank our volunteers for the many roles they help with in our organization. We are so fortunate to have an amazing group that is always willing to serve and believes strongly in our mission.

Let us introduce you to Molly! Molly is one of our amazing Primary Nurses who works hard to keep our patients comfortable. She manages each of her patients' plans of care, ensuring their unique and individual needs are met. She also provides education to families and facility staff on end-of-life care. We truly appreciate the compassion Molly shows to each of her patients and families ❤️
