We recently had the tremendous opportunity to help celebrate a major achievement with longtime customers, the Meyer family, as they marked the 25-year anniversary of their Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza franchise business, which all started in St. Cloud. Of course, pizza can make just about anyone well up with pride and excitement, but THIS pizza holds an extra special place in the heart of Stearns Bank commercial lender Tom Ethen. Tom first met Joel and Jane Meyer back in 1999 when they planned to join the Papa Murphy’s take-and-bake franchise. The concept was fantastic (seriously, who doesn’t love pizza?) and the passion the Meyers had to be successful business owners was obvious. Along with celebrating 25 years as a franchisee, the Meyers, along with their son Nic and his wife Noelle, are also responsible for owning and operating more than 50 locations across three states.
