✨ Employee Spotlight ✨ Meet Renee Kuhn, our Senior Accountant! Renee works at our Support Center location and recently celebrated her 10th anniversary with Steffes Group. Renee reviews and audits our auctions to ensure that our accounting system aligns with the auction software and that all transactions in our bank account are properly reflected in the accounting system. Originally from Fargo, ND, she now resides just outside Fargo, in Reile's Acres, with her husband, John. Together they have three grown children: Michelle, Nicole, and Travis; and one grandson, Westley. Outside of work, Renee enjoys traveling, entertaining family and friends at her home, and engaging in crafty card making. Thanks for everything you do, Renee!

Congratulations to our Video Content Lead, Sara Hand, who recently graduated from the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Leadership Program through the FMWF Chamber of Commerce! This 10-month program sharpened her skills in networking, understanding local challenges, and leadership. Additionally, Sara's innovative proposal was selected as a Community Change Initiative for the program, bringing her project to life. 🙌 We are excited to see how her enhanced leadership will further empower our team, deepen our community ties, and continue to develop top-tier video content that embodies the spirit of innovation and community involvement at Steffes. ✨ Employee Spotlight ✨ Meet Criss Miller, one of our Lead Auction Coordinators! Criss started with Steffes Group in February 2020 after working with us as a seller, when Steffes Group conducted his farm retirement auction in 2019! He believes that seeing the process from both sides gives him a unique perspective and insight into what sellers are looking for. With Steffes, Criss serves our North Central Iowa Auction Territory and specializes in Agriculture and Transportation equipment, focusing on John Deere equipment. Criss is a graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in Ag Studies and Economics, and when not at work, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family. Thanks for all you do, Criss!

Sheri started with Steffes Group in January 2018 and lives in Albertville, MN with her husband, Trent, and their two pugs, Yodi and Nigel. She has been working in the auction industry since 2007, and at Steffes Group, she oversees our team of digital marketers, handling all digital initiatives for Steffes Group's auctions, driving engagement and extending our digital reach. Additionally, she oversees institutional marketing efforts, monitors performance analytics, and creates platform tracking. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, going to concerts, camping, and traveling! Thanks for all you do, Sheri!
