Let's meet another TEAM Spotlight TEAM Member John Thabes was born and raised in Bagley, MN. John received his degree from Northland College in Natural Resources. He spent a decade in this field, gaining invaluable experience and honing his skills. John’s desire for knowledge led him to a degree in gunsmithing. NDSU Seniors from the Capstone Program recently collaborated with TEAM Industries Audubon for an innovative Process Improvement Project. The project focused on Forklift Travel and Chip Removal. Finding ways to optimize forklift travel within the facility and finding efficient chip removal processes. By analyzing data and observing at TEAM Audubon, the students identified optimal routes for forklifts, minimizing travel time and maximizing productivity. They also devised a streamlined process for chip removal, ensuring smooth operations and reducing downtime. Thank you and kudos to the NDSU Seniors for their hardwork.
