Phillip J. Martin is our new team member taking on the role of Land Entitlement Manager for our Raleigh division. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing due diligence and entitlement, managing budgets and schedules for new acquisitions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and reviewing zoning documents, plats, and developmental and utility agreements. Additionally, he looks forward to coordinating the preparation of land plans and thematic design concepts for new residential communities. Phillip gained previous experience in the industry as a Real Estate Development Manager and is actively involved in his community through several organizations such as Urban Land Institute, Military Missions in Action and the American Cancer Society. Phillip’s family is made up of his beautiful wife and daughter and their 2-year-old hound dog Charlie. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with them at sporting events or concerts and trying new restaurants and breweries. He loves to play golf, and during the summer, you can find him and his family at Topsail Island fishing on the boat or enjoying the beach. Phillip is a massive fan of the ECU Pirates, Carolina Panthers, and Carolina Hurricanes and tries to attend as many games as possible. Welcome to the team, Phillip!

Welcome, Teddy Rodriguez! Teddy joins the Tri Pointe Raleigh team as a Construction Manager. In this role, he will ensure quality and timely home delivery while providing buyers with a premier building experience. His primary responsibilities include managing trade partners, communicating with homeowners throughout the building process, scheduling trades and inspections, and assuring all safety protocols are followed within the community. Before becoming a Construction Manager at Tri Pointe, Teddy gained experience in the industry as a Construction Superintendent for several years. He also received a degree in Construction Technology from Santa Barbara City College which provided the foundation for his expertise. Construction isn’t Teddy’s only passion, however. A fun fact about him is that Teddy played professional drums for over 20 years. He also loves to play golf and has been an avid Green Bay Packers fan since his childhood. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife and three boys. Please join us and welcome Teddy to the team!
