Another fantastic growth story coming your way today as we celebrate Berto Nunez who was promoted to Area Executive Director after establishing a strong track record as an Executive Director over the past 6 years. Berto takes responsibility, demonstrates a true commitment to serving our residents, and performs at a consistently high level, even in the face of challenges. We admire his drive and resilience and are excited that his good influence now carries even further. In addition to this promotion, Berto was recently selected to join the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Diversity Executive Leadership Program. The excitment just keeps coming! Join us in celebrating Alicia Lambert, recently appointed to an Area Executive Director role! Alicia is known for building strong teams, mentoring others, and running a tight ship operationally. This expanded role gives her a chance to share her talents and good energy with two additional campuses – Morrison Woods in Muncie and Wellbrooke of Kokomo. Few things make us more excited than seeing a deserving person like Alicia grow and excel here. Congratulations!

We've got another exciting announcement today as we congratulate Cassie Dunlap on her expanding responsibilities within Trilogy. In addition to her current role overseeing our two Wisconsin-based campuses, Cassie has recently assumed leadership over four campuses in Western Michigan, including two opening this summer. In addition to her strong industry knowledge and natural passion for residents and their families, Cassie takes ownership, is masterful at inspiring others, and shows a strong and consistent commitment to Trilogy’s mission. Her exceptional drive for success is being noticed and rewarded. Go, Cassie!

Growing our own has always been a focus at Trilogy. Today, we’re happy to share that Anthony Wilson is being promoted to Divisional Vice President of the Central Ohio Division effective May 6. Anthony first joined Trilogy 12 years ago and grew up through the organization, assuming broader and higher levels of responsibility over time. In addition to being a highly successful Executive Director himself, he mentored several Administrators In Training and Executive Directors and stands out for his ability to grow those around him. Anthony is vested in Trilogy and the feeling is mutual. Please help us congratulate Anthony on this fantastic achievement!

That’s according to The Alzheimer’s Association – and at Trilogy, it’s what we’ve chosen to embrace with our latest approach to Memory Care. Coined in the early 1900s by Italian physician Maria Montessori, The Montessori Method is an education practice that fosters rigorous, self-motivated growth in all areas of development, including: -Cognitive -Social -Emotional -Physical Montessori prioritizes giving its participants complete control – letting them lead the way on projects, events, and lessons vs. being handheld by their educators. We proudly unveiled our latest community in Bowling Green, Ohio – The Willows at Bowling Green! Our newest campus welcomed its first resident on February 22nd and held a VIP Ribbon-Cutting event on March 14th.
