For Canadian Mental Health week, we are shining a spotlight on mental health and spreading kindness like a glitter bomb. In the office we're embracing the theme with our Mental Health Bingo initiative throughout the month of May. This initiative encourages self-care and kindness towards others. When we prioritize mental well-being and show compassion, we create a stronger, more supportive community for all. Challenge yourself to spread kindness with some of these initiatives - let's make kindness contagious. #compassionconnects #bekind

Today marks the end of our office fitness challenge! 🏋️♀️💼 For the past six weeks, we've been on a mission to prioritize mental and physical wellness during our busiest season. Together, we sweated it out at Level 10, Quan's Hot Yoga, Local Barre, The Commns, Peak Climb + HIIT, and F45 Training. And let's not forget the friendly competition that kept us motivated! Tracking our activity and battling it out in teams added an extra energy boost to get us through tax season!
