It started off as any other normal sales call. Customer called, had a problem, and can you fix it. As we are waking thru looking at his HVAC issue, Chris Eck, VP of Operations for Tiedemanm-Bev’s in Richmond Indiana, also gave me the breakdown of their business and what they do. They create all the cloth, pillows, and embroidered decorations that go in caskets. I typically don’t talk personal on the first few calls call but I shared that I have my fathers Honor Guard memorial this upcoming weekend. He immediately asked what branch. Our next stop was the military room and he hands me the United States Air Force emblem below and says “Please tell your dad thank you for his service”. Chris not only showed respect to my father today but to all those that have served and still serve our country. I can’t thank him enough for that today…..Thank you!! #tiedemann-bevs
