Rodeo City RV began our journey in 2005 as Canopy Country RV. In 2006 Bradey Poyer
joined our sales
team and worked his way up to General Manager. In 2016 Bradey became a minority
owner and in 2022
Bradey purchased the dealership outright.
As a native of Ellensburg and as a veteran, Bradey Poyer chose Ellensburg to raise
his family and serve

OMG!! These folks defiantly know how to treat a customer. They are so helpful when it comes to sales and services after the sale. I just purchased a brand new travel trailer, with all of the bells and whistles. From finance to the sale and parts department these folks will treat you like family which is a hard thing to be able to find in these times we now live in.
Our RV sat unused since 2019. We took it to Rodeo City RV and they repaired what needed to be done and fixed what they could without having to replace parts. They did all this in a very timely manner. Peter from the service department kept me in the loop on what was being done. When we picked it up the service staff went over everything with us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend using them for any service you need done.
We had an excellent experience with rodeo city RV. I’m definitely glad that I purchased my trailer through them. We had to travel from out of state but they had what we wanted, they were fair in the negotiation, and every single person that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and kind. There were a couple minor issues with our used trailer but when I brought it to their attention it was immediately resolved- I couldn’t believe how impressive their customer service is. Because of this I just wanted to thank everyone at Rodeo City RV! And we are looking forward to many adventures in the future because of them.
This was the most amazing service trip I've ever had. In and out in 30 minutes. Super friendly, great selection of RV equipment and trailers. If I need anything else I will make the trip to come back here.
I had several small things done they were great about getting me in and out as I was on kind of a tight schedule. All of the staff I came in contact with were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. Pete in service is great to deal with always returned my call when he said he would and kept me informed as to how things were going.
What a great experience purchasing my new RV! The low pressure sales team was a huge relief compared to other dealers. I really enjoyed the fact the walk through was conducted by a very knowledgeable individual, who could actually answer technical questions. Should I need service or would like to buy another RV, I will certainly call Rodeo City RV once again. FYI: trusted them enough I drove it right off the lot and into the mountains!
