My alternator went out late Saturday. No way to call and set an appointment. I had to drop it off at Roy's Monday morning. Since there's no appointment, he warned me that it might be the afternoon before they could look at it. Hour&1/2 later, Roy calls me to discuss what they could do and the cost. That was quick! Then it ended up costing much less than I was dreading paying! I think I found my permanent shop!

i love this place they have the best customer service, and they show respect to the customer, and also to each other, it as a good place to take your vehicle, but consider a drop off if you can, because this place is busy and they get it done right

Roy is as honest as they come in this business. He does great work and the rates are reasonable. Because of this, they are busy. Be prepared to wait maybe a bit longer than usual, but he's busy for a reason.
