Roy's saved me from paying for an engine replacement. I was recommended Roy's by a coworker who said he was honest. Honesty is a huge factor in a mechanic shop. I was experiencing a large mechanical problem in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson caused by a faulty sensor that wouldn't turn on the oil light. Roy stated that he personally knew of 3 other people who had this issue and had a replacement engine installed by Hyundai at no cost. He was right. They will replace the engine for me. I might not have even considered taking it to the dealer based on out of warranty and the cost of dealer repairs. On top of all that, he only charged me $10 for the issue. Not only has Roy's earned my respect but now he has earned my business for the foreseeable future. Good job, Roy.
