I have been an attorney in private practice since June of 1980 and have been a solo practitioner for most of that time. The past two decades of my law practice have been devoted primarily; although not exclusively; to representing the federal government employee in workplace related disputes. My approach has been to provide legal services for all aspects of a job related issue: compensation, adverse action litigation, and disability retirement. Clients have told me that this technique is helpful and uncommon.
