The project includes an application to the Community Development Board for a Special Permit under Section 6.402 (Floodplain District), and an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Section 8.3 (Non-Conformities) for construction of an addition attached to a non-conforming single-family structure.
