TOWN OF LENOX NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF SELECTMEN Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen in their capacity as Licensing Board on an application for the Transfer of an annual All Alcoholic Hotel license which has been filed with the Local Licensing Board by Lady Taje Inc. d/b/a Olde Heritage Tavern for premises located at 12 Housatonic Street, Lenox and consisting of the restaurant, containing approximately 2500 s.f. on the 1st floor of a 3-story building; an outdoor area in the front containing 880 s.f. for 30 seats and an outdoor area in the back containing 825 s.f. for 16 seats.
