BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of North Adams as follows: That Chapter Z, entitled Zoning, Section 11.1.3, entitled Noise; be and is hereby amended by: Repealing the following full section 11.1.3.: Noise: No noise which is objectionable due to volume, intermittence, beat frequency or shrillness shall be transmitted outside the property where it originates, and in no case shall exceed 80 decibels at any property line.
